Senior Manager, GTM Intelligence and Analytics

Role Overview:

• Lead the strategy and execution of analytics capabilities that support go-to-market decisions.
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team focused on delivering trusted insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting standards for business visibility.
• Partner with Sales, Success, Product, and executive teams to translate business questions into insights.
• Manage prioritization and quality control for recurring and ad hoc analytics needs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in analytics or business intelligence, with 2+ years managing teams.
• Advanced SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field; experience with data science and engineering teams.
