You will enhance our global customer experience and support strategic initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and effectiveness across GoFundMe’s operations teams. Generate recommendations for strategic growth initiatives, coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues, and monitor internal and partner performance and KPIs for emerging trends.
