Director, Strategy & Business Analytics

Role Overview:

• This position reports to the VP of Business Analytics and functions as an individual contributor initially, working across business functions on analytical and strategic projects.
• The role is expected to evolve into a people leadership position, leading and developing a team of analytics professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Work independently on analytical projects, identify business problems, and structure them into clear analytical approaches.
• Build analysis, models, dashboards, and reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and C-suite executives.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering on data needs and pipeline requirements.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, with 10+ years in business analytics or strategy.
• Strong SQL skills, proficiency in BI tools like Sigma or Tableau, and working knowledge of dbt and machine learning.
• Excellent communication and business judgment, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
