Role Overview:
- Serve as a key member of the Data Strategy & Insights leadership team.
- Oversee analytical execution across multiple retailers, brands, and digital innovation solutions.
- Act as the definitive bridge between commercial strategy and Engineering/Data Science ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly extract data from disparate sources and execute advanced statistical analyses.
- Lead Proof of Concepts, client Pilots, and response frameworks for high-value RFPs/RFIs.
- Mentor a high-performing organization of managers and analysts.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in data strategy or omnichannel analytics.
- Strong hands-on coding capability (SQL required; Python a plus).
- BA/BS in a quantitative field, MBA or Master's strongly preferred.
