Strategic Analytics Leadership:

• Own the analytics vision and roadmap for Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Define how the team measures what matters and connects analytical work to business outcomes.
• Drive decisions through data-driven insights.

Org Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, grow, and develop a team of 15+ analysts.
• Set a high bar for analytical quality, business partnership, and career development.
• Build a deep leadership pipeline for the next generation of analytical leaders.

Executive Partnership:

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to commercial and financial leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear, confident perspectives that influence strategy.
• Support investment decisions and quarterly priorities.

Growth & Sales Analytics:

• Build the analytical foundation for customer acquisition, attribution, and lifecycle value.
• Equip the revenue organization with insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep performance.
• Partner with Finance on revenue reporting, unit economics, and board-level metrics.
