National Debt Relief

Work with prospective consumers who have applied directly with National Debt Relief to consult and guide them towards a debt relief option that will aid them with their debt related issues. There is no cold calling involved, National Debt Relief provides its Account Executives with an opportunity to succeed through optimized marketing channels that are geared towards high conversion and ample sales enrollments. The position is remote.

Responsible for developing and maintaining applications within our AWS platform. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a curious problem solver, and a collaborative teammate who thrives in a highly agile, multi-directional team environment. Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable solutions on AWS infrastructure.

The IT Support Analyst’s primary role is end-user support, advance troubleshooting, and support level I analyst on complex issues to the highest levels of customer service. The IT Support Analyst II will be the escalation point of contact for IT Support Analyst I to enable a higher level of support for National Debt Relief’s Organizations and BPOs end-user population supporting the staff on a variety of technology issues.
