Dashboards & Reporting Assets:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and standardized reports that serve as trusted sources of truth for People analytics.
- Use SQL to query data from the enterprise data warehouse and create well-structured datasets, views, and reporting tables.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, performant, clearly labeled, and aligned to agreed-upon metric definitions.
Data Quality & Reporting Standards:
- Perform regular data validation, reconciliation, and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across People reporting.
- Partner with the People Data & Analytics Partner to implement and maintain standardized metric definitions and reporting logic.
- Identify data quality issues, document findings, and collaborate with Data Engineering or system owners when upstream fixes are needed.
Collaboration & Enablement:
- Partner with People Team stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Enable analytics and insight work by providing clean, reliable, and well-documented data assets.
- Collaborate with the enterprise Data Analytics & AI team to align reporting approaches with broader analytics best practices.
