As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will architect, design, build, and deliver technical solutions on the Make-A-Wish America Salesforce platform to support the Make-A-Wish National Office and chapters across the United States. This role analyzes complex business problems and implements solutions that will enhance the functionality of our growing business applications environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions, you'll be responsible for implementing designs as directed by senior team members. This includes developing Salesforce applications and maintaining existing production configurations, while navigating through all stages of the software development lifecycle. The core parts of your role will be to work closely with internal team members and external partners in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions leveraging the Salesforce technologies.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Maintain documentation, ensure high-quality code, and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
