We are looking for a skilled Staff Engineer to lead the evolution of CookUnity’s Identity Platform, a critical component powering seamless and secure experiences for our chefs and customers. You will define the long-term vision, architecture, and technical roadmap for identity management, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive the implementation of robust authentication, authorization, and user management systems.

As Senior Engineering Manager in Engineering, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Engineering and be a key leader in the Engineering organization. This is a critical role in a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can make a high-impact contribution to our core engineering capabilities. You'll guide and grow a distributed by design team of engineers, enhancing and scaling our core services to deliver a high-availability experience.
