Key Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for assigned payer analytics portfolio.
- Lead full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or payer analytics.
- 3+ years managing product managers or leading complex product workstreams.
- Strong payer domain expertise in commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid segments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Medicare Advantage Stars, HEDIS, or risk adjustment analytics.
- Experience developing AI- or machine-learning-enabled healthcare solutions.
