**About the Role:**
- Support the GTM Compensation & Planning team with systems, calculations, and analysis.
- Work directly with the Director and VP on high-visibility projects.
**What You'll Do:**
- Own accurate monthly and quarterly commission calculations.
- Build and maintain analytical models for comp plan design and quotas.
- Identify AI opportunities in comp calculations and sales-team communication.
**What You'll Bring:**
- 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to partner cross-functionally.
