Job Description
Client interaction: Act as a mentor, content-provider, and business advisor. Provide coaching for CTO's/ I&O leaders, and participate in client lifecycle phases.
Client management: Manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, typically Infrastructure & Operations leaders. Deliver value through briefings, workshops, roundtables, and webinars.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal Gartner teams to ensure value delivery. Support sales teams in prospect cultivation and value demonstration activities.
Responsibilities: Responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region. This role is a client-facing position that requires a high level of Executive presence and ability to build trust and deliver value.
