Investigate the ways in which high school systems across Canada support, or fail to support, student mental well-being. This role does not involve direct mental health service delivery but conduct research on provincial education policies, school board guidelines, and leading practices. Inform a policy report and toolkit intended to guide stakeholders in implementing effective mental health supports.

This role supports operations and data analysis, focusing on the Nespresso project. You will coordinate verification activities, ensure data quality, create client deliverables, and enhance the data and insights system. The role involves strategic development and stakeholder engagement in a remote-first environment.

This full-time position needs highly developed organizing and administrative skills, research ability, relational ability, familiarity with community organizing training models to move targets. A portion of time will be spent with Community Change’s sister organization, Community Change Action. This is a 1-year flex position.
