Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the MEL framework.
- Design tools and performance measurement indicators for donor reporting.
- Manage external partnerships for learning and impact measurement.
Requirements:
- At least five years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and data analysis software.
