This role at QuintoAndar allows you to shape one of the company's most important engines: the incentive policy for brokers that drives conversion, earnings, and liquidity in our marketplace. Join our team as a Business Consultant – Dynamics 365 to design and deliver innovative CRM solutions for global clients. This remote position is open to professionals based anywhere in Brazil. Key responsibilities include designing CRM workflows, translating business needs into functional specifications, and leading CRM implementation projects.

Support AWS customer teams in business transformation initiatives and cloud adoption strategies under guidance of senior AWS Advisory team members, applying the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and contributing to gathering and organizing business requirements. Assist in creating basic business cases and transformation roadmaps, documenting engagement deliverables, outcomes, and metrics, and participating in strategic planning sessions.
