Sr. Business Analyst, AI & Data

About the Role:

• This position sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, AI, and digital transformation.
• You will work directly with executives and technical teams to uncover complex challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
• You will shape projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring technology investments generate meaningful business value.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead executive interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to establish project vision, scope, and success metrics.
• Map current and future state processes, identify automation opportunities, and define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support PoCs, pilots, and rollout activities while maintaining ownership of deliverable quality and mentoring team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of business analysis experience in data, AI, or technology environments.
• 4+ years in client-facing consulting with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and Agile methodologies.
