AI Change Lead Brazil Operations – Project Management

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and integrated employee adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, building strong relationships with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate AI governance forums, including leadership meetings, decision logs, action tracking and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Change Lead, Change Manager, or Transformation Lead in organisational change.
• Strong experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, or AI adoption programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and programme governance skills.
