Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate discovery workshops and conduct change impact analyses.
- Define North Star outcomes and track adoption KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Coach senior leaders on their visible change leadership role.
- Proactively manage resistance to AI with targeted mitigation.
- Build Gemini Captain networks for peer-to-peer learning.
Adoption & Sustainment:
- Lead pilot programs and manage Vanguard Cohorts.
- Establish multi-layered support systems including Slack channels.
- Generate weekly adoption reports and conduct pulse surveys.
