Accountabilities:

  • Support the standardization and implementation of clinical documentation practices, workflows, templates, and clinical content across a large-scale clinical information transformation.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and workflow requirements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with clinical documentation and large-scale acute-care digital health transformations.
