Responsibilities:
- Support and optimize clinical workflows within electronic health records.
- Deliver end-user training for providers, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Create and maintain training materials and workflow documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; bachelor's in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in healthcare operations or clinical systems training.
- Experience with WellSky and training interdisciplinary teams highly desired.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position requiring up to 75% travel.
- Must live within 1.5 hours of a national airport.
