Responsibilities:
- Lead workflow analysis and optimization for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions, designing future state workflows based on best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring super users can effectively train end users on site-specific requirements.
- Manage project delivery, coordinate with project management, and provide regular updates to ensure customer success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Science, or Education, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Radiology, Cardiology, or healthcare imaging environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to teach diverse learning styles in clinical applications.
Additional Information:
- This role requires up to 25% travel, mainly throughout North America.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain required government security clearances.
- Base pay ranges from $93,750 to $125,000 USD annually, plus bonus and benefits.
