After Hours Imaging Workflow Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple systems for image transfer, requisitions, and report turnaround.
• Perform quality control and study monitoring, ensuring patient information accuracy.
• Liaise with DRC and facilities, troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service principles and practices required.
• PACS experience preferred; ability to work independently and maintain a home workspace.

Expectations:

• Demonstrate courteous communication and professionalism.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Contribute to team goals and attend mandatory trainings.

Work Schedule:

• After training, 7 on 14 off shift: 6pm-5am MST, 11-hour days.
• Training hours vary; will work 36-40 hours per week initially.
