What You'll Do:
- Greet patients, family members, and other customers in a courteous and welcoming manner.
- Obtain and verify all required patient information for registration in an expedient manner.
- Assist with patient transport or arrange transportation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 2 years formal education or equivalent experience.
- Two years' work experience in customer service, healthcare, or business-related field.
- Must possess exceptional people skills and handle confidential medical information.
Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday, 11:00am -7:30pm.
- Full-time shift with remote work opportunity.
