Responsibilities:
- Obtain and process authorizations for reorders and resolve patient issues.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction and explain insurance coverage.
- Maintain strong understanding of medical documentation and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills.
