Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and process authorizations for reorders and resolve patient issues.

  • Maintain strong understanding of medical documentation and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills.
