IT Installation Specialist

About the Role:

• As an IT Installation Specialist, you'll implement Radformation software in Radiation Oncology clinics.
• You'll partner with Account Managers, Clinical Implementation Managers, and hospital IT teams.
• This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and guiding clinics through implementation planning.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clinics to understand technical issues and provide solutions independently.
• Support Sales and Success teams by installing and upgrading software at customer sites.
• Complete IT documents and vendor security questionnaires for customer hospitals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience.
• Experience with Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM modalities.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
