About the Role:
- As an IT Installation Specialist, you'll implement Radformation software in Radiation Oncology clinics.
- You'll partner with Account Managers, Clinical Implementation Managers, and hospital IT teams.
- This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and guiding clinics through implementation planning.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clinics to understand technical issues and provide solutions independently.
- Support Sales and Success teams by installing and upgrading software at customer sites.
- Complete IT documents and vendor security questionnaires for customer hospitals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience.
- Experience with Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM modalities.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
