In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Product and Regulatory teams to ensure conformance and timely completion of all product deliverables, submissions, and releases, working with cross-functional partners across Product and Quality to support and maintain Design History Files (DHFs) for Radformationβs software products.
In this role, you will help keep EZFluence on the cutting edge of the Radiation Oncology market by working closely with a dedicated Engineering team, Product team, Support, Success, and Radformation leadership to outline and provide design specifications for new features. You will prioritize customer needs and manage all software releases to ensure the continued optimization, reliability, and impact of EZFluence for clinics and patients.
You will work with Product Managers, QA Managers, and engineering to ensure products meet quality standards through efficient automated testing. You will design and implement automated tests that identify bugs and issues early and develop final validation testing prior to release. This role requires a solid understanding of software testing best practices.
The Technical Support Physicist will bring their upbeat personality to solve problems with customers, troubleshoot errors and issues clinics are experiencing, and install software. The Technical Support Physicist will assist clinics by identifying solutions and will work with engineers to improve the software. As the Technical Support Physicist, you will develop relationships with clinics and incorporate feedback into creating clinicsβ dream products.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for key Radformation products, bridging product, sales, and marketing to deliver campaigns that increase product adoption, awareness, and market expansion. Youβll craft messaging that resonates with clinicians and decision-makers, helping them see how Radformation products improve treatment quality and efficiency.
The Regional Account Manager is an outside sales role responsible for contributing to the sales growth of the assigned territory through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and portfolio growth opportunities within the current customer base. Responsibilities include promoting and selling software, identifying engineering/development opportunities, and developing client relationship management strategies.
