The Customer Success Executive will define strategic program objectives, set priorities for projects and initiatives, and coordinate activities. The candidate will provide project management support of health IT operations and technical infrastructure, as well as drive product adoption and business growth, ensuring efficiency across initiatives. A critical requirement is the ability to support PULSE customers during night and weekend hours during disaster response.
