Clinical Success Manager, Dosimetrist

Role Overview:

• Provide training and support to clinics using Radformation's automation software.
• Build strong relationships with clinical leaders and help improve patient care nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Train clinics on Radformation's suite of automation tools and guide them to optimal workflows.
• Work with clinics to understand issues and provide solutions independently or with the programming team.
• Proactively check in with current customers for annual Rad Reviews and support renewals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
• Strong critical thinking, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for excellence in patient care.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
