About the Role:
- Reports to VP Customer Success, Customer Solution Delivery group.
- Provides clinical support for implementations and post-implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead client implementations, build relationships, and train customers.
- Provide ongoing clinical support and post-implementation optimization.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams.
What We're Looking For:
- RN or clinical degree required; 5+ years clinical experience.
- Clinical consulting experience and HIPAA compliance knowledge.
- Travel up to 40-50%; salary $120K-$140K.
