Accountabilities:
- Serve as a primary technical support contact for customers using clinical and oncology applications.
- Investigate application incidents and service requests by gathering information and understanding clinical workflows.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer tickets and coordinate escalations to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience supporting clinical applications or healthcare IT systems.
- Experience working directly with clinicians and hospital IT teams.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and ability to translate user-reported problems into structured troubleshooting.
Benefits:
- Fully remote position within the United States.
- Annual salary range of $90,000–$105,000.
