Application Support Specialist - Second Shift M-F

Accountabilities:

• Provide timely technical assistance and monitor client environments for radiology professionals.
• Troubleshoot application, software, network, and workflow issues using established SOPs.
• Document incidents accurately and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Level I or higher troubleshooting in a support environment.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare, ideally radiology, with familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and PACS.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with ability to work second shift and rotating weekends.
