About the Opportunity:
- Synthesis Health is looking for a stellar Technical Support Specialist.
- You will own outcomes for issues requiring backend or technical diagnosis.
- Location is remote with potential hybrid attendance starting in 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve escalated backend/technical issues across Core and Vision.
- Investigate audit trails, logs, and observability data to find root cause.
- Contribute runbooks and mentor analysts on triage and escalation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $25-$35 per hour for US applicants.
