Lead Project Team Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides remote technical, applications, and system support for HCUS customers and supported business units.
• Operates with little supervision, making decisions to resolve customer issues and guiding the support team in management's absence.
• Maintains expert knowledge of current medical imaging products and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 7-10 years of industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, Oracle, and clinical data transfer protocols.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Remote position with occasional travel up to 10%.
• Requires working outside normal business hours, holidays, and on-call rotation.
• Adherence to FDA and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements.
