About the Role:
- Provide critical technical expertise for healthcare IT solutions and medical imaging software.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application configuration, functionality, and workflow issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced support for PACS and InteleOrchestrator applications, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to optimize workflows affecting patient care.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and log all troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in Healthcare IT, preferably with radiology systems (PACS, RIS).
- Proficiency with Windows Server, networking, and database systems (SQL Server/Oracle).
