Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems including RIS, PACS, and VNA.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to diagnose system issues and streamline workflows.
- Document all troubleshooting activities and contribute to a shared knowledge base.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare IT with radiology systems exposure.
- Working knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and healthcare interoperability standards like DICOM, HL7, and IHE.
Additional Information:
- The base pay for this position ranges from $30.65 to $38.46/hr USD within any geographic market in the US.
