Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage service audits from internal teams.
- Administer MI service operational applications like Automate, Control, XTAM, SecureLink.
- Manage billable projects handled by the TAC and maintain SalesForce queues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years industry experience.
- Advanced knowledge of network technologies, Synapse workflows, and medical informatics hardware.
- Certifications such as Security+, ConnectWise Automate preferred.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with occasional travel up to 10%.
- Requires working outside normal hours and holidays to meet customer needs.
- Physical demands include sitting up to 100% and lifting up to 10 lbs.
