Sr Project Team Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage service audits from internal teams.
• Administer MI service operational applications like Automate, Control, XTAM, SecureLink.
• Manage billable projects handled by the TAC and maintain SalesForce queues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of network technologies, Synapse workflows, and medical informatics hardware.
• Certifications such as Security+, ConnectWise Automate preferred.

Work Environment:

• Remote position with occasional travel up to 10%.
• Requires working outside normal hours and holidays to meet customer needs.
• Physical demands include sitting up to 100% and lifting up to 10 lbs.
