Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 technical support for PACS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DICOM and HL7 interfaces.
- Maintain system performance and assist with upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Trade school certification or equivalent experience.
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, networking, SQL Server, and Oracle.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Synapse PACS workflows.
- Experience with VMware and storage solutions.
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Security+).
