System Support Specialist (Windows, SQL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Radiology IT systems including RIS, PACS, and VNA.
• Partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to optimize system workflows and address technical challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, preferably supporting radiology systems.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging workflows and healthcare IT architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications in Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation for system administration.

Additional Information:

• This role is primarily rostered Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
