Software Training Specialist (Clinical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare training programs, conduct classroom sessions at company sites, conferences, or customer locations, and coordinate scheduling.
• Enhance training effectiveness by continuously evaluating formats, leveraging AI, and implementing reinforcement strategies like spaced-learning campaigns.
• Support customer success by defining training expectations, mentoring super users, and delivering train-the-trainer programmes.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

• Work with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to share insights and inform product enhancements.
• Identify and escalate risks related to product adoption or knowledge retention.
• Recommend and improve AI-native processes to support team goals.

Professional Development:

• Participate in educational workshops, seminars, and in-house certification to maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge.
• Stay current with product updates and industry standards through ongoing learning.
