Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain training content and curricula across all formats, ensuring materials evolve with product changes and customer needs.
- Deliver role-specific training for different audiences, teaching best practices and how to apply them confidently.
- Partner with Project Managers and Build teams to understand high-complexity implementations and build just-in-time training.
- Serve as a feedback loop to Implementation and CS teams, identifying gaps and accounts needing extra support.
Requirements:
- Portfolio required showing sample job aids and live or e-learning content.
- Instructional design and curriculum development experience required; must be build-first, not facilitation-only.
- 2+ years in training, onboarding, customer education, or similar customer-facing enablement, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
- Experience designing and delivering role-specific training grounded in adult-learning principles.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and adaptability.
Success Metrics:
- Practice staff reach confidence in role-relevant workflows by go-live.
- Customers independently apply best practices after tailored training.
- Training completion and attendance consistently meet targets.
- Low volume of basic "how-to" support tickets post-go-live.
- Training feedback scores meet or exceed expectations.
