- Design, build, and maintain training content and curricula across formats (1:1, small group, webinar, asynchronous) keeping materials current.
- Deliver role-specific training for practice administrators, front/back office staff, and DVMs, teaching best practices and workflows.
- Partner with Project Managers, Build, CS, Support, and Product to ensure training aligns with customer needs and serve as a feedback loop.
