What you’ll do:
- Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner.
- Work with a dedicated customer and internal Spring Employees to meet needs.
- Develop clinical content and training materials utilizing engagement techniques.
What success looks like in this role:
- Maintain an average feedback rating of 4.5/5 or higher for live events.
- Optimize efficiency for meeting customer needs related to Clinical Programming and Training.
- Develop relationships and cultural understandings of the dedicated customer.
What you’ll bring:
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year post-licensed.
- Experience in training, strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques.
