About the Role:
- Lead Clinical Instructor is an experienced mental health clinician responsible for developing and delivering clinical training.
- Manage Clinical Supervisors and collaborate with Training Operations and Instructional Designers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CBT-AR, CBT-E, and FBT treatment modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Clinical Supervisors, including performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Design and deliver live trainings for multidisciplinary providers.
- Collaborate with Care Delivery leaders to identify training needs and serve as SME.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in clinical mental health and licensed in at least one state.
- Minimum 3 years providing clinical supervision in evidence-based treatments.
- Experience as a people manager with strong communication and public speaking skills.
