What you'll do:
- Develop clinical content and training materials using modern engagement and instructional design techniques.
- Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in an engaging and impactful manner, both virtually and in person.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and address specific training needs.
What you'll bring:
- An unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy and a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Experience with instructional design and content development, along with a proven background in corporate training.
- High competency engaging learners virtually and strong communication skills.
