What you'll do:

  • Develop clinical content and training materials using modern engagement and instructional design techniques.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in an engaging and impactful manner, both virtually and in person.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and address specific training needs.

What you'll bring:

  • An unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy and a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Experience with instructional design and content development, along with a proven background in corporate training.
  • High competency engaging learners virtually and strong communication skills.
