Training Specialist / Instructional Designer

About the Opportunity:

• Build the training program for a nationwide Indian Health Service immunization reporting initiative.
• This is a remote, part-time engagement (approximately 360 hours over a 12-month base period beginning August 2026).
• Your training will equip clinicians and program staff across Indian Country to turn immunization data into action.

What You'll Do:

• Develop the overall training approach and plan for IHS providers, program staff, and end users of immunization data systems.
• Design and build two training modalities: self-paced module and instructor-led curriculum.
• Create the full training product suite: instructor guide, participant workbook, slide deck, job aids, and case studies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Public Health, or related field and 5+ years of adult-learning curriculum development.
• Experience supporting healthcare or public health programs and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate).
• Train-the-trainer program design experience and knowledge of Section 508 compliance preferred.
