About the role:
- Play a key role in designing, developing and delivering our core curriculum.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, operational teams and L&OD colleagues.
- Lead on specialist areas of learning, building capability through mentoring.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience designing and facilitating learning in face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Understanding of drug and alcohol sector or health and social care.
What to expect:
- Remote working with regular travel including occasional overnight stays.
