Conduct live, instructor-led virtual training sessions and ensure high engagement. Provide one-on-one assistance and answers to questions during office hours. Create and customize employee training content and update materials as necessary.

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within a training program.
• Collaborate with Correlation One Operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule.
• Prepare for upcoming lectures by coordinating with Correlation One curriculum, content, and operations staff.

Responsible for implementing family-life education programming targeting justice-involved fathers, promoting father involvement, effective co-parenting, and successful reentry. Develop, coordinate, and maintain partnerships with justice-involved organizations. Recruit, retain, and manage class participants and facilitate regular relationship education courses in-person and virtually.

Collaborate with clients to integrate cutting-edge technology into their operations seamlessly. Engage with clients, tackling their most pressing challenges head-on. Design and conduct technology-in-operations training, refining techniques, and contributing to technology research and development.

• Comprehensive course instruction within specified program.
• Creating a classroom environment which fosters students' academic growth and guides their professional development.
• Demonstrating knowledge of, and carefully following all applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations.

Work within local communities to support service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education and training opportunities. Deliver personalised employability support, including mindset and confidence development, strengths-based interview preparation, job-search assistance, and creation of CVs and application materials. Provide sustained in-work support, maintaining regular contact to ensure participants achieve and maintain employment or apprenticeships for at least six months.

Deliver live, webinar, and virtual enablement aligned to retailer/partner launch plans. Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) and trainer certification. Coordinate with internal content teams and/or agency vendors for content development, localization, and updates.

• Improve quality of instruction using innovative methodologies.
• Review and revise syllabus and instructional guidelines.
• Maintain student records and assist with program data collection.

Animate training sessions on early childhood via video conference for babysitters caring for children under 3 years old. Broaden their knowledge of child development from 1 to 3 years old. Evaluate them through their active participation and ability to progress.
