Provide direct support for assigned state-based BSN | MPEN VN PN |ADN campus nursing students throughout and after the nursing program supporting retention and progression of students, and in preparation for taking the NCLEX-RN exam following graduation. The NCLEX Success Specialist (NSS) is responsible for guiding, implementing, and executing all developed licensure initiatives across assigned campuses and sites. Participate in student lifecycle, in operations, planning and execution of new student orientation and nursing core courses. The NSS monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPI) that align with the Content Mastery Series and NCLEX success, ensuring data-driven interventions and student support strategies align with outcomes. Attends, leads and participates in weekly At-Risk meetings with identifying, monitoring, documenting, meeting, and tracking at-risk students enrolled in and reentering the program.

Serves as an advocate for student success throughout the academic lifecycle for students enrolled in Workforce Development programs and actively coaches students from enrollment to graduation. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity and commitment to student success planning and advising remotely. The Student Success Coach serves as a student liaison and collaborates with all departments to promote a positive, student-centered experience.

Meet and communicate with current, prospective and alumni students to guide them through the financial aid process. Responsible for administering, determining eligibility, and processing student financial aid to maintain positive cash flow, in addition to other related tasks for the financial aid department. Package state and federal aid to eligible students according to regulations and policy and counsel students and parents.
