Manage training and development programs, supporting a Government client in Columbia, MD. Responsible for planning, development, delivery, evaluation, and administration of nontechnical training programs. Identifies performance gaps, makes recommendations, and provides solutions to improve business performance and increase retention. May personally conduct selected programs.

Drive the growth and effectiveness of the training delivery practice in North America and Europe. Oversee a distributed team of technical instructors and training coordinators ensuring their success in delivering high-quality learning experiences while achieving key business metrics. Manage profitable training P&L (capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management).
