Faculty Resource & Pool Management:

  • Build and maintain site- and specialty-specific faculty pools.

  • Develop and maintain multi-year master staffing schedules for each site.

Onboarding, Readiness & Engagement:

  • Fully own faculty readiness from offer acceptance through first assignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of connection to ensure faculty feel prepared, supported, and engaged prior to assignment.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication to prevent last-minute issues or confusion.
